I love adult learners with needs and motives. Their needs allow them to find solutions to fill themselves and their motivation accelerates the solution. I have always been fascinated by the way people learn and how we can create effective and engaging learning experiences. As a curriculum developer, I have the opportunity to work with adult learners and help them achieve their goals, which is deeply rewarding to me. I have designed and developed curricula for especially English language learners. Helping English language learners has been the passion of my career, and I have deeply explored better ways for them to build a foundation and develop skills on top of it.
E-learning environments were one of the best ways for me to help learners.
